Different Admin Notification Number for Different form field Selection

    Hi,
    Can you please tell me if it is possible to set a different admin notification number for each form field selection? I am using a form for a gym site with multiple branches. When a user selects a specific branch, the notification message needs to be sent to the corresponding branch’s number.
