Different client and backend booking forms?

    Hi, using Business Medium version, I would like to be able to offer bookings to clients in 40 minute time slots, which i have managed, but would it be possible in the backend (for logged in staff) to set appointments of different lengths. Most appointments are 40 minutes, but some need to be longer, and some need to be shorter.

    I don’t want clients to be able to decide what length appointment they get, but would like staff to be able to add different lengths, and even modify client booked appointments.

    If it was possible, if a staff member booked an hour (one 40 min slot, plus half of the next one), would they then still be able to squeeze in a 20 minute appointment into the remaining 20 mins, or would that be fully booked (unselectable)?
    I was thinking I could get around that, if they were careful, by setting the backend to be able to offer 2 slots, but only one at the client side??

    So is it possible to offer a more flexible schedule to staff than clients??

    Hello.
    You can create the second custom form (or just use the current defaut form) at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, where you can use instead of the time-slots the start time field and duration of time. So your visitors or your admin, can select the start time and duration (which can be 20 or 40 minutes) and then make a booking.
    It can look like this:

    Select  start time: [select starttime default:13:00 "11:00" "13:00" "15:00"]
Select duration: [select durationtime "20 min@@00:20" "40 min@@00:40" "1 hour@@01:00"]
