Different email template for completed order

    Hi Decorator Support Team,

    I would like help setting up three different template types based on the contents of an order.

    Here’s what we are trying to achieve:

    • Stadium Stone: If the order only includes Stadium Stone products (marked as complete), use a Stadium Stone template.
    • Home Stone: If the order only includes Home Stone products (marked as complete), use a Home Stone template.
    • Split Orders: If the order includes both Stadium and Home Stones, use a Split Order template.

    Could you please advise the best way to configure this in the Decorator plugin?
    Does Decorator support conditional logic for templates, or would a custom function be needed?

    Hi @avinashdigitl,

    Thank you for following up.

    At the moment, the Decorator plugin does not support conditional logic for loading different templates based on order content. This feature is not currently available out of the box.

    However, we appreciate you sharing this use case—it’s a valuable suggestion. We will note this as feedback and consider it for future enhancements.
