    hi,

I have applied conditional logic in my form. every answer creates a new column in exported excel. suppose if hat is red then ouput is tie but if hat is green answer is shoe. now in excel different columns are made for “tie” and “shoe”. I i apply 100 then it will be 100 additional columns. how can i put them in a single column irrespective of the answer

    Hi @coolteli123,

    We’d be happy to help!

As conditional logic is available in paid licenses, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

However in the meanwhile, I would be happy to clarify your question.

Could you please share a copy of your form that you’re using for exporting entries? This will help us better understand your setup and see what might be happening. For more details about exporting forms, you can read this article: https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-import-and-export-wpforms/.

    Thanks!

    Hi @coolteli123 ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
