Different feeds on two different widgets

Hi Allen (or any other that can help),

I read the FAQ and reached page four (4) on the support forum and could not find any similar question.

I have a multi-language website (currently English and Hebrew, in the future Arabic, Russian, French and maybe more)

I want to display the same RSS feeds for each language.
I tried two things that did not work:

Test-1:
I added two RSS XML to my website:
English
Hebrew

Then I added two feeds on the feed list RSSEnglish and RSSHebrew
But when I tried to use the widget – there is no option to select a feed …
Is there an option to select a feed-name using a short-code text widget ?

Test-2:
I added an RSS file with both English and Hebrew:
All Languages RSS
You can notice there that I have a category tag ENGLISH and HEBREW

I added two categories in the plugin’s setup page and added two widgets one for Hebrew (right sidebar) and one for English (left sidebar)
On each widget setup section I selected the correct category

1. I got an error message saying : “There is a problem – it appears you are using categories and no feeds have been put into those categories.”
2. One cannot delete categories once they are added – why ?

Please kindly show me the correct way to add different feeds on two different widgets.
