• Hi!
Im new to woocommerce and product filters.

How can i setup different filters for different product cetegories properly?

I created the two separate filters, and put in the id’s for the product categories that i want to filter, but i run in a problem with the price range filter:
if i set the price on the 2nd filter it showing results and also showing (or maybe switching?) the categories from the 1st filter.

Maybe im doing something wrong with the product archives?

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi,

Unfortunately the 2 separate filters can not work together, on one page you can only use one filter properly, but if you leave the Category ID field blank it will show all Product Categories or you can add IDs in to show just a few selected Categories, you do not have to create separate filters to show different categories.

    Thanks for the fast reply!

Actually, i want to create category pages for my shop like Mouses, Keyboards, Mousepads etc.., and for every category its own filter, where users can filter the product by brand, size etc..

Is it possible to do it?

    Hi,

You can create multiple product filters, but it is up to your Theme if it allows separate sidebar widgets for your Product Categories, so the Theme should allow you to add different filters to different Product Categories.
