Hi. If there are four forms on the website and notifications are sent to different email addresses, for example:

Form A sends notifications to info@domainsite
Form B sends notifications to info@domainsite
(Form A and Form B send notifications to the same email address, info@dominiosito)

    form C notification to prenota@domainsite

form D notification to info@OTHER DOMAIN

My question is: in the plugin setup
    https://ibb.co/FLrhDmJF
which email should I use for the SMTP Username field? info@domainsite is the best solution?

or should I also include the other 3 emails? Sorry, this is my first time using it.
    Thank you for your support.
    Best regards. Bruno

    Hi @brnwp

    I am glad to help.

Normally when setting up the Other SMTP option, you connect the SMTP Username and Password for the email address used to send the notifications. This regardless of where the notifications go, you can send emails to an unlimited number of recipients.
For example, if you need to send a notification to your site’s users when they submit a form, you don’t need to add them in your settings, you just send the email out, the same applies for any address.

Now, if you need to send from multiple accounts, I recommend you to check with your SMTP provider on what is the best way to do this.

You might be able to send from *@yourdomain freely, which is rare, but still possible, or you may need to add your extra addresses as aliases.

    I hope this clarifies things,

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jaime Segura, thank you very much for your thoughts, which are certainly useful. I will consider the possibility of adding aliases: I don’t know how to do it, but I will look into it as soon as I have the chance. Thank you again for your support. Best regards. Bruno
