Different functions.php Showing in Dashboard

I spent a few weeks hacking away at my WP install locally, got everything where I needed it, uploaded it, and suddenly some of the things I modified in functions.php wasn’t working on a live server (like featured image support on pages). I checked the functions.php file from the WP dashboard, and to my surprise it is completely different from that of the theme’s.

What gives, and how do I fix this?
