Just the header (top-image)?
And you want a rotating header on each page?
1) So that one user if he visits page 1 gets header x, on second page he gets header z, on thir y…
2) Or that one user always gets the same header?
1: Just edit theme and add the different background-images in the css by random. Depends on the theme you are using.
2: difficult, you have to use cookies
The Image Rotator is an easy way to make an image on your website change every time a visitor reloads the page. The Rotator picks a randomly selected image from a folder you specify and displays it to your visitors.

Yeh its just the top-image I wish to change. The link johnoz suggested looks like what I want to do. I will check that out.
Cheers for your help guys
I need to have a different header on each page, but not a rotating header.
Page 1 = header1.jpg
Page 2 = header2.jpg
. . . etc
Would I put these in the header.php in some sort of if then statement.
TIA,
Jim A.
I used this script to implement random banner images on my new WordPress blog. Super easy to install and use.
