thumbnail slider links for each language

Hi. Thank you for this plugin.

I use wordpress thumbnail slider on the home page. There is provision to add only one link to each thumbnail in this plugin. But I need the thumbnails to open their respective language pages when clicked.

Could you give any pointers on how this can be achieved?
