While I did miss how to create the multiple sliders (and to my defense, the very light coloring of the wording made it difficult to see the new tab), I am pretty sure that I don’t see a method of creating different styles for different sliders.

Again, I want a slider for the home page (which I have working), but if I use the same slider in a widget, it does not conform to widget sizing. I then created a second slider, but I’m not sure how to assign it a new group of settings.

The Settings page in the Admin panel seems to be universal – that is, all settings there apply to ALL sliders. Since the sliders don’t recognize where they are located (ie: in a widget), they overstep the boundaries of the widget and impose on the page.

Do I create a custom css sheet and ….place it where? Or again, am I missing something simple?

Please go thru the documentation of the plugin here – http://guides.slidervilla.com/smooth-slider/

You can find tutorial on how to create multiple settings (or styles) and apply the same to different slider by mentioning the setting ID in the shortcode or template tag.

Let me know if you have any question.
