This isn’t an error, but a warning, and this is because your form tag is not required. The Configuration Validator try to detect issues before these happen and the reason you’re seeing this notice is that you form can fail if the user doesn’t select a recipient.

Please use this tag instead (adding an asterisk to the form type):
[select* your-recipient include_blank "Formand|[email protected]" "Kasserer|[email protected]" "Webmaster|[email protected]"]
