Different ‘OR’ logic

Hello everyone. I have a free plugin and trying to create a filters for my posts. So I have a question about the ‘OR’ logic. Right now when I choose a few categories of filters, they’re all active. It is possible to deactivate previous filter, when I’m choose other one?

The case study: I have a Category filter with ‘Green’, ‘Blue’, ‘Red’ filters. If I click to them, they are all be select. I want to this thing: when I’m on Red filter and clicking to Blue, I want that only Blue filter will be active. Also would be great if after this action the url will be ‘category-blue’ and not \category-red-or-blue’.
