Different Payment Methods and Campaign Types

Hi. Great plugin very comprehensive.

I’ve tested a few plugins and found that none of them ( that I found ) allow for

1. Different campaign methods i.e. pay per click/ per impression or per sale. They all track it beautifully but I want the ability to choose how to pay an affiliate. Plus lots of affiliates would rather get paid per click than per sale.
2. The above per affiliate i.e. some on a per click and others on a per sale basis ( if possible )
3. Different payment gate ways or payment methods. We require a simple payment method i.e. Electronic Bank Transfer ( we’ll collect banking details from the affiliate )
4. Admin notifications for when affiliates reach their payment thresh holds. very useful and will save lots of admin headaches

Would you be able to add any of the above features? Please let me know
