Different Plugin settings and Widgets for different themes?

What I’m doing is showing 2 different themes (using Any Mobile Theme Switcher) to visitors.

What I want to do is using 2 different Plugin settings and widget settings for each theme.

Is it possible at all? ANY help is highly appreciated.
