    Hi Fahad,

    Thanks for this great extension !

    I’ve a question :
    I’m using Inclusive split, but I want the order with my product selected as “inclusive” appears in a special status.

    Example :
    Customer’s order : product A + product B + product C
    Split Inclusive = Product A ==> Statut “Waiting”
    Other Split = Product B, Product C ==> Status “PENDING”

    Could you tell me how I can do that ?

    Other question : do you have a list and description of all the feature with the premium extension ?

    Thank you for the confirmation. As i am continuously improving my plugin so it is recommended that whenever you decide to try another method, must update the copy with the latest version. After fixing inclusive for you, i have implemented the same improvement for exclusive and shredder as well.

    Hi Fahad,

    I still have a problem
    On my website I’m using Bundlle on some products

    for example:
    Bundle A = Product B + product C (total cost with tax : 100+100=200)

    When I’m using Split order with exclusive method on product C, Result on backoffice when I place an order with Bundle A is :
    One order with product B+C = total cost 200
    One order with product C = total cost 100+ TAX = 120

    Any idea to soluce this problem ?

    Please make sure your are using latest version (3.2.0).

    Your products, bundle, add to cart process, then place order. Splitter order settings and after split results.

    @polo66 there is settings page only in video that you uploaded. Please consider Your products, bundle, add to cart process, place order and after split results.

    Your selected product is in multiple categories. Maybe this is the reason of unexpected results.

    On Order Split Settings tab there is a warning about this issue. Please check the following warning:

    Products in multiple categories might will produce unexpected results. It is not recommended to split product items in multiple categories.”

    I’ve just tried to test with only one catagory by product, and this is the same problem.

    Please record another video this time so I can identify the problem.

    Both general settings and split options tab settings and complete checkout process should be captured.

    @polo66 is it possible if you join me through e-mail which you received with PREMIUM copy? You are using a different plugin “Product Bundles”, i have to inspect that plugin and need to have insights as well. Please reply me in the same e-mail thread where i sent you the plugin copy.
