The Pro version has a lot of conditionals like this: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/conditionals-custom-author-layouts/. We don’t have one for single / multiple authors, but it wouldn’t be difficult to add.
Hi there, I have tried the free version and love it so far so I am hoping the paid version has what we are looking for.
Is there a way for us to load publications/white papers with the authors names instead of the person writing the post? In some cases, there are 5 names for one document.

Yes, this is definitely possible. You can assign multiple people to be “Authors” (or you can choose another name). They don’t have to actually be the author.
Thanks for your quick reply. Is there a way to add all the authors (200+) in a one-page listing? What I am looking for is a way for the site visitor to see the 200+ authors (like a directory listing) > link to individual bios > publications.
On the back-end, when uploading a new document/publication, I can pull from the list of authors and choose the ones included in each document/publication.
Is this a possibility?

Yes, we do have a widget and a shortcode that can show a list of all your authors.
Can you please send me a link to access the widget and shortcode? Is this part of the pro version?
