Hi @westerndeal,
I need something more complicated.

I have 1 Google Sheet in which I want to put all the form submission

BUT

I have a datepicker in which people have to select their date of birth.
So, I want to fill in the Sheet this way.
Example:
Date of birth 12-10-1995 –> submission in the Google Sheet Tab “1995”
Date of birth 09-04-2003 –> submission in the Google Sheet Tab “2003”

And so on
