Different testimonials for each post type entry

Hello!
This plugin is exactly what i needed thank you so much.
I have a problem – i’m using it in a post type (called “coaches”). In every coach page i put the testimonials view (form + display) at the bottom, but the problem is – it shows all the testimonials fro macross the website. I would like each coach to have his own testimonials.
Just like each post on a website shows its own comments, that’s what i’d like to achieve with every “coach” page and his personal testimonials.

Is it possible?
