Different theme file that adds posts

    I am using a theme that have a file called page-register.php and from that it adds posts. I know now why Your pluin was not working in the first place. Can You help me modify the code (because i am not in to coding) this is the file how it looks like. http://pastebin.com/EveiCHG5

    Was reading the FAQ but i dont get any of it. Please help. I am trying to limit creatons of post only so people can add one new post per day.
