Different time settings for startpage and posts

My posts basically just need to be cached once. Cause I don’t have any dynamic content on those pages. But my startpage is very frequently updated. Could be new content every 5:th minute or so. Is it possible to adjust cache settings to this? So that startpage is preloaded very often but posts basically once, or if they’re updated.
