Different versions, same version number.

    Hi,

    Thanks for a great plugin – it’s appreciated.

    One thing though. It seems that ongoing development is being release to the WordPress repository, without a change of version number.

    For instance, https://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/log/post-smtp/ indicates that changes was made a few hours ago, although the latest release, according to the change log, was 2018-03-21

    This results in different versions across the sites, with the same version number, and makes troubleshooting difficult.

    Would you consider, bumping the minor version number when releasing new versions of Post SMTP mailer?

    Hi,

    Thank you for feedback and using Post SMTP.

    When releasing I always bump the version.
    What you see is me playing with the readme file on the current version, I change words and stuff like and see if it’s changing the downloads that day attract more users :-).

    I hope today or the next day I will release some big changes, don’t worry.
