Differentiate subscription based listings?

When a user is subscribed to a package (e.g Bronze, Silver, Gold), and they then create a new listing, is there any way to add a signifier (category/tag/custom field) to that listing to identify which package they are on?

My use case: When a user is subscribed to the Gold package, any new listing is automatically posted to a Facebook Feed, using SNAP Autoposter (which can be configured to only apply to posts with certain meta info).
