Differents options by ressource

You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services – unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. 2) It’s possible to have the several custom booking forms in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#custom-forms

3) In the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions possible to configure additional costs for selected options in the select boxes or check boxes (such options can be hidden and checked by default). Its useful in case, if you need to add the tax cost or cleaning fee or any other additional cost for the booking. You can configure it at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. 4) Sorry, the multi-select is not supported now.
But you can try to use the select-boxes (where possible to select multiple options) like this at the Booking > Settings > Form page:
[select my_select multiple "1" "2" "3" "4"]
