Sorry to hear you are having issues with the plugin! It does not appear that you have reached out to ask for support, rather than leaving a one-star review, which is unfortunate as we’re here to help.
What is it that you’re looking to customize? There are hooks/filters for just about everything, and a clean slate if you are comfortable with CSS to make it look how you’d like (the pro version includes some designs for you if you’re not, or would like to save time making it look a certain way, along with additional functionality).
