Digest emails modify template question

    Hi there

    I recently began to make more than 1 post a day occasionally and decided to send digest version. However I have to change the template as the mail didn’t go out yesterday. What would I use to replace {TITLE}, {PERMALINK}. It says to modify the template but I’ve no idea how!
