I know that. They allready have all a file. But if i want to replace the file with a newer version, in the shop is still the old one.
So are you talking about existing download permissions, or files granted after purchase?
It has an effect of bouth. If a user buy a new product he should get the newest version. And if a user with an old purchase want to download again the file he should also get the newest version.
Actually they bouth get the old version.
If thats the case, either the field has been cached or you’ve mistakenly not updated one of the file URLs in a variation. I can think of no other explanation.
I also tought it’s a kind of a cache problem. But where can i clear the cache?
If you have caching plugins they usually have a feature to flush everything.
