Displaying sitewide content can be done using the recurrence option.
i.e. If> phone number > was displayed once; then: keep showing some phone number (during a session/always/for a specific time).

You can assign users who arrived from the ad to an audience and show audience-based content when they keep browsing other pages on the site. This option is useful if you want to show extra dynamic content (apart from the phone number).
