Will it be an update? I need this ASAP! I am getting 4-5 emails per day about the ding
I saw in another post a temporary fix, but that fix was for the old version, can you please send the “temporary fix” for this version?
Guys, we need an update ASAP…. Just release a minor update with a code to enable or disable it from the settings menu.
I’d appreciate a temporary fix too, the “ding” sound drives everyone insane 🙁 And no changes made in the settings are being saved.
Ok, it seems to be working now. @tylerfisher Changes were not being saved because the plugin didn’t want to accept multiple email addresses in the Agent section (even though they are valid). When I left only one email address, all other changes (including disabling the sound) were saved too. I hope this helps.
Nope, I was wrong. It did not solve the problem. the DING sound is still on…
