In actual versions of both plugins and WordPress, the following error occurs at login with user roles below administrator (like editor or author).

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.”

This happens using a custom admin URL.

Please fix this. It’s causing a lot of problems with customers in ALL SITES with both plugins. Thank you very much!

Hi,
Most probably the other plugin developer hard-coded the default wp-admin slug into his code, in which case we can’t do much from this side. But I’ll check it further to make sure.

Hi,
I confirm the other plugin hard-coded the slug ‘wp-admin’ within the code, so there’s nothing to fix on this side.
Please try to report this on their forum, they should rely instead on get_admin_url() to retrieve the actual URL https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/reference/functions/get_admin_url/
I also submitted this at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/error-you-do-not-have-sufficient-permissions-to-access-this-admin-page-2/ i think you can write there too.
