    Hi,

    That option lets product URLs to have ref=nosim and it used to increase the commission rate by a few percents if the visitor clicks on it and directly purchases the product without visiting other pages within the Amazon store site.

    But the Amazon Associates program seem to have dropped this feature. The UK locale still used to have a description page about it but I cannot find it any more.

    So don’t worry about it and simply leave it off.
