Direct Links to Drafts

I have my redirect for wp-admin set and its working find for an intiial login. example.. testing.com/orange_potato takes me to testing.com/wp-admin. I am looking for a way to be able to share draft links with colleagues through an automated system but the share links are always wp-admin/draftpost not orange_potato/draftpost. How do I share these links?

Only work around I have found is having them go to /orange_potato and login then go click the link I send them. That 2 step process is not working with my executive team
