Direct Mail subscription installation problem

I am having a problem with the Direct mail subscribe widget.

When a name and email is entered, it goes to : http://dm-mailinglist.com/subscribe

But in My Direct Mail the url that it is supposed to go to is: http://ethreemail.com/subscribe?g=25458a88

I have been adding 25458a88 to the Form ID place in Direct mail.

There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to change this. Can anyone help me fix this problem?
