• Hi,

    My form completes successfully when the stored payments option is selected. However when stored payments is deselected the following error is returned:

    “Error processing card transaction:
    eWAY payment request returned nothing; please check your card details”

    I’ve checked my eWAY Customer ID is correct & the sandbox is off.
    Gravity Forms: v 1.9.12.1
    Gravity Forms eWAY: v 1.8.0

    I can’t see anything in the code that would do that. I suspect there is a problem with your eWAY account config, since Stored Payments is working. Stored Payments processing successfully means that posting a transaction to eWAY is working, so a failure on Direct Payments likely means a failure between eWAY and your bank.

    Please contact eWAY and ask them to examine your account, and give them the information above.
