Directing to specific page

Hey,

can I check if it’s possible to go directly to a specific page upon clicking the flag link? For example, I would like to go from http://www.example.com/en/news to http://www.example.com/cn/news but upon clicking on the CN flag, it goes to the CN index page.

Let me know if it’s possible.
