What your host most likely did was rename the plugins folder. To create a new one, using the File Management tool(s) provided in your hosts Control Panel or using an FTP client, find that renamed folder in:
site root/wp-content/
and there create a new folder:
/wp-content/plugins/
Next, move only the plugins that were not causing the issue to the new /plugins folder.
You may have to do one at a time, load site, test functionality, add next one, repeat tests, until you find the site broken again – you will then have isolated the bad plugin. Once you have, remove that plugin’s files and contact the plugin dev.

Thank you very much! I tried and could not find. How much would you charge?
Even if it was allowed, I would not be interested in supporting a site based on 24-7 wagering.
Per forum rules, which I do my best to oblige, folks asking for paid help here or those who respond with ways to get paid help here are
NOT
allowed.

Please review each and then perhaps look at hiring a Pro at:

I understand and thanks for your help. As you suggested, I will contact a PRO. Once again, thanks!
