    skriptkaijuuu,

This issue is covered in the Frequently Asked Questions section of Media Library Folders plugin repository page:

    Folder Tree Not Loading:

Users who report this issue can usually fix it by running the Media Library Folders Reset plugin that comes with Media Library Folders.

First make sure you have installed the latest version of Media Library Folders.
Deactivate Media Library Folders and activate Media Library Folders Reset and run the Reset Database option from the Media Library Folders Reset sub menu in the dashboard.
After that, reactivate Media Library Folders. It will do a fresh scan of your media library database and no changes will be made to the files or folders on your site.

That means that there is a parent folder missing that the folder tree needs in order to display some sub folders.

Media Library Folders Reset includes two diagnostic pages, Display Attachment URLs and Display Folder Data. Can you view, copy and paste the information on those pages into an email and sent it to me at [email protected].

    Hi alan,

I sent you the logs, were you able to receive it?

Yes. can you include the text of the folder data page rather than a screen shot.

Ok, I see that magictoolbox_cache has lots of subfolders and that may be causing the folder tree to run out of memory. Media Library Folders comes with a list of names folders to skip when it scans for new folders. magictoolbox_cache can be added to this list and then when you reset the database, it should skip adding the folders under magictoolbox_cache to the folder tree data.

To accomplish this, navigate to your media-library-plus folder in wp-content/plugins. Edit the file, folders_to_hide.txt. Go to the end of the file and press enter to create a new line. Paste into the new line magictoolbox_cache

Now preform a database reset and when you view the folder data, magictoolbox_cache and it subfolders should not be included. And probably the folder tree will load properly.

We will update the folders_to_hide.txt file with magictoolbox_cache in the next release.
