    Hi Steve (and all others),

I’ve installed the free version of the plugin. I’ve unchecked the login requirement. But, the directory won’t go public. I want to resolve that issue before I start adding additional entries and taking the page live.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Is the [connections] shortcode on the page? Can you share a screenshot of it and the Connections Settings admin page?

    Hey!

    I’ve included three screenshots.

    [connections] code
    Settings page with privacy unchecked

I’ll eventually have the organization buy the plugin that allows visitors to submit directory entries. But, I need to get the directory up and running so they can see how it looks. Also, I noticed that logos don’t automatically show in directory results. Is that a pro feature?

Please try clearing your page cache.

Craziest thing. I read your message, cleared my browser cache and nothing happened. Then I got to wondering if you mean plugin cache.

And because my mind wonders (lol) I decided to update some other plugins while I read reviews of plugin cache cleaners. I did an update for WP File Manager and wha-la, when the site came out of maintenance mode, the directory appeared.

I’m sure they have nothing to do with each other, but I’m assuming it forced my browser to completely clear. LOL I’m guessing you could see it and was wondering why I couldn’t.

    Any-who – thanks much Steven!

ahh, yes, sorry… I meant plugin cache. I figured an older cached version of the page was being served which is why you were not able to view the directory while not logged in.

Good to hear this is sorted out!
