websmythe,
Thank you for the feedback. There have been several others reporting that their installs were being upgraded with the plugin settings set to off.
I’ve been unable to duplicate the issues so far, but I’ll keep testing.

What version of WordPress do you have installed? Easy Updates Manager is only tested up to WordPress 4.0.
Sorry, can’t remember.
(I have a bunch of sites, with different versions of WP and can;t remember the site where I first noticed it. I had in the plugin on a number of them. Sorry thats not very helpful.)
I’m trying to source a tool that will help me see the previous version numbers.

Are you still experiencing the problem?
lemme check by email.
See if I didnt delete the update notices.
Looks like it was 3.9.4
but I’d have to do an install to confirm that.
Oddly,
No, it doesn’t seem to be a prob now.
been about a week since I’ve seen a core update

Ok, in that case I am marking this topic as resolved.
