disable attach and edit

    Even if you set the attached disable to the forum
    When editing, the display related to the attachment is performed.
    It is thought that the forum id cannot be obtained by bbp_get_forum_id () when editing the topic or reply.

    I hooked bbp_get_forum_id () and referred to’_bbp_forum_id ‘in post meta from bbp_get_topic_id () to avoid it.

    bbPress has a potential bug with edit reply screen, and there will be an update available in attachments plugin soon to fix that.

    This is now fixed in 4.0 version.
