hello,
I have just installed the chat and am currently setting it up, but cant figure out how to diable the auto open chat, I only want the “chat” icon/symbol, not the chat itself to open automatically
Anyone who knows where to setup?

Hey Stig. As long as you have any automated message sent in the live-chat, it will open the preview of the message on the side of the icon.
