Disable Code Editor

    Attempting to ‘Disable Code Editor’ for a role on a multisite and assuming it will sync across all subsites but it does not. If I ‘Disable Code Editor’ at the subsite level it disables as expected. My assumption is that this would be an option that is synced down to all subsites, but that is not what I am seeing.

    Can anyone clarify if this is a bug or intended function?
