Disable CSS or defer it

The/plugins/indieweb/static/css/indieweb-bw.css file is loaded in the header and is render blocking. I’m not even sure where that’s outputting CSS on my site.

I’d like the ability to disable the CSS all together, or at least it should be deferred by default so it doesn’t slow down page speed.
