Disable empty thumbnails?

    I don’t have a lot of images on my site. How do I remove these empty thumbnails at the bottom of post and such? I have already searched some of the other threads but didn’t find a solution. Seems like there should be a simple checkbox to disable this.

    Hi,

    Not sure if you are referring to thumbnail placeholders.

    You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Content -> Thumbnail settings
    Find the setting -> Thumbnail Placeholder
    uncheck and save changes.
