    Hi,

I installed this plugin and I have to say, it is very good. There is just a few things, The calendar is for a church, to display services and related events, When I go into Googles search console, I see the following warnings under events:

    Missing field “offers.availability”
    Missing field “offers.validFrom”
    Missing field “offers.price”
    Missing field “image”
    Missing field “performer”
    Missing field “location.name”

Is there a way to disable the above fields so that they will not come out in the rendered version? Also, on the single page template in the modern style, there is a placeholder for “category” which is not being used. Is there a way of turning this off?

    Kind Regards,

    Brian Thompson

    Hello @bt32,

On MEC Settings > General Settings, we have a “Schema” option.
You can disable it and use the extra plugins (free plugin available) from WordPress repository.

    Best Regards

Ok I’ve had hundreds of Google Search Console errors in regards to this same issue!

So my Schema was in fact Enabled and I just disabled it and started new Validation on all of these errors in Google Search Console

What exactly is this Schema and what does it do for MEC?

What extra plugins are needed if we disable Schema?
