How do I replace/remove the description field with my custom field? I know how to add a custom field but I don’t know how to remove the default one.

Hi @rotx,

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to deactivate the description field as it is mandatory for submitting the ticket. What you could do is to “translate” the label of the description field if it helps:
