I don’t know if you noticed but every time user edit their listing, the changes made by administrator of the website get reverted back to the ones made by user.

For example If user upload a photo with bad quality, and website administrator edit the listing and replace the photos, once when user edit the listing he can’t see photos uploaded by administrator, and when user save the changes in listing, the photos uploaded by administrator are removed from listing and old photos uploaded by user are back on the listing.

Is there a way to disable specific fields (like uploading photos) when user edit the listing ?

    Hello there, @jashimili,

If I get your problem correctly, it seems like the users aren’t able to see the changed an admin made after their previous changes. This results in the user actually overwriting the admin changes.

If that’s correct, it seems like a cache issue to me: if the changes made by the admin propagates quickly and thoroughly, users should be able to see the changes made by the admin, this avoiding any further changes that can overwrite it.

If that’s so, you may want to check your cache settings to see if there’s any need to tweak something.

There are no settings to disable specific fields; this can be done with custom developments which are outside our support scope. We do have some examples that can help you navigate this:

    Hope that helps!
