    I think you must have something else installed that is doing that.

    This plugin does not change any anchor (A tag) links, because they don’t (generally) cause any mixed content warnings, and you can’t know whether the target supports https. I checked your specific example by testing this content in a post on my testbed, and it was not changed when using any SSL Fix settings.
