    Hi
I am using ultimate member + wpdiscuz.

In UM I disabled the gravatar. wpdiscuz also uses UM avatars, now how can I disable gravatar in wpdiscuz for guests? because it really slows the website for additional http requests.

Is it possible to make a feature let us to upload a sample image for default avatar instead of using gravatar?

    Thanks

Thanks Gvectors 🙂 But this option totally remove the avatar for guests. I need guests have avatar but not load from gravatar.com .. I think if you let us upload one sample image for guests will do what I want. What do you think? 🙂

Guest will never have option to upload avatar. Or they have to do that on each comment. it would be better if WP First Letter avatar could work with UM avatars. Is there an option to only allow this plugin for guests? Have you tried? https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-first-letter-avatar/

No, no I mean administrator upload an avatar for guests. For example it would be great if there is a field let me upload this picture: and use this for guests. (The purpose is loading it from my domain instead of gravatar.com for SEO)

That should be very easy done by WP First Letter Avatar or by WP User Avatar plugin. The avatar is not only comment component, it’s a global thing, we can’t affect those settings.
