Hi Daniel,
It’s possible to obfuscate the IP, you can make use of this filter.

Hi,
Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately I have very little experience with this. And unfortunately I don’t know exactly what to do with it.

Hi Daniel,
That’s okay 🙂 Please add your request to the feature requests board and we’ll collaborate with you to create an add-on for that purpose.

Hello,
how long does it take until this feature is available, because this is exactly the reason why i switched to a worse plugin and just miss the many features.

@techniknerd @daniel556 We usually review feedback/feature requests on a weekly basis, and the implementation could be within that week or next weeks depending on the priority and the impact.
We’ve made an exception though! We worked on it and released it today on: https://totalsuite.net/product/totalpoll/add-ons/anonymize-ip-extension/

ok thank you very much.
i have tested it and it does not seem to save the IP address. Instead it stores a long code. Should go like this.
regards
@techniknerd Yes, it does store the hash and that’s essential because the IP limitation is based on it.
Enjoy using our products 🙂
@totalsuite
it would still be an advantage to be able to choose between the hash and the complete deactivation. If you do not use any limitations.
